[ February 01, 2007] Change of management at Nordic Bulkers AB.

   Nordic Bulkers AB                                                      February 2007

After 12 years Hans Rosén has decided that it is now time for him to become a senior citizen and is therefore now retiring as Managing Director from Nordic Bulkers.

The company has, since its foundation in 1992, adhered to its basic mission of serving industrial manufacturers with bulk commodity logistics solutions by providing chiefly intermodal transports as well as intermediate bulk handling and storage operations.

During the latest decade the company has doubled its revenues with good profits, and maintained and expanded its business with more or less all the company’s long-term customers and partners.
Naturally a number of new customers have also been added and in recent years mainly within the food and agriculture sectors.
Since Nordic Bulkers is now a member of the Swiss-based pan-European Bertschi Group, our expansion possibilities have been effectively increased by cooperation possibilities with all the Bertschi entities, which are active in more than 25 European countries.
From February 1st, this year, Jan Arnet will succeed Hans Rosén as Managing Director of Nordic Bulkers AB.
Jan, who has a background in both finance and logistics, has up until now been acting as a coordinator between Bertschi AG and Nordic Bulkers AB. This means that he is well acquainted with all the different areas of Nordic Bulkers and will have every chance of further developing the company in a very positive way.
