Making the most of our port facilities
The best way of transporting certain types of bulk goods is still by the shipload. This alternative usually calls for port storage facilities, and may also require loads to be broken down and packaged as smaller units at their port of destination. That is why we have port terminals at strategic points around the swedish coast, in Oxelösund, Ystad and Wallhamn.
By using our terminals, our customers avoid the heavy investment costs of storage facilities and handling and packaging equipment. We provide storage facilities for dry bulk products in our own warehouses, silos or bulk containers, in conjunction with their transfer to or from vessels or vehicles.
Full range of handling services
We provide handling services for most types of bulk products at our terminals. The services we offer range from weighing, sampling, mixing and screening to transfer from bags to bulk form or vice versa. We have mechanical equipment for bags-filling, palletisation and shrink-wrapping.
At our terminal in Wallhamn we have specialised facilities for plastic raw materials.
